History

Established, succeeding its predecessor, the Mizunami Firebrick Limited Partnership.
Started production of refractory bricks and acid resistant bricks (Head office: Mizunami Village, Toki-gun, Gifu Prefecture).

The company began manufacturing pottery and porcelain, including hand-hammered molding.

Merged with Chuo Keiseki Brick Co., Ltd. and added Yokkaichi Plant and Shikoku (Naruto) Plant to form a four-plant production system.

The Shikoku (Naruto) Plant was transferred to build a new junior high school in the same city, resulting in the current three-plant production system.

Established engineering department and started design and installation of industrial furnaces.

Split the Chinaware Production Department and established MINO PORCELAIN CO., LTD.

Established as a specialized subsidiary for overseas export of industrial furnaces.

Technical cooperation with Didier-Werke AG (West Germany) on brick installation equipment for rotary kilns.

Received the 53rd Ceramic Society of Japan Award (Distinguished Service Award) for Technical Development of Refractories for Cement and Lime and Contribution to the Industry and International Cooperation.
